1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery within Australia only.Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping Fee Structure:
Orders totaling AUD 120 or more (including AUD 120) qualify for free shipping.
Orders totaling below AUD 120 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 12.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Order totals are handled in accordance with applicable tax requirements. Relevant details are reflected in your order confirmation.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our business hours are:Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 (CET)
Orders completed before 18:00 (CET) begin processing on the same business day.
Orders completed after 18:00 (CET) begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on non-working days will begin processing on the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to internal verification and preparation prior to dispatch.Standard processing time: 1–3 business days Processing time does not include transit time.
5. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–10 business days.Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.

8. Responsibility Statement
If you receive a parcel with visible damage, please retain the packaging and contact us promptly with supporting evidence.In the event of confirmed transit loss, we will assist in investigation and provide an appropriate resolution.
Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, delivery details generally cannot be modified or canceled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.Delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.
9. Delivery Acceptance
Please inspect the parcel condition upon receipt.
If any issues are observed, note them at the time of delivery and retain evidence.
Acceptance of delivery confirms that the goods have been received in accordance with the order.
